This is a country home with a nice view, there is a Pond with plenty of fish and community garden so plenty of extra stuff to do if you need to pass the time. Just ask that you are respectful of the Neighbors and others in the house. No smoking allowed inside house, when smoking out side just ask that you take care of you butts. No pets If you would like to use owners internet there will a small charge $20 per month. Will be charge $20 for every window a/c unit. Other than that every thing else is included in rent.
