Please note that the kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, sink, and fridge, but no stovetop. The home has a mini-split AC & heat system so you can control your own temperature. Access to laundry is provided and is located in the garage. A parking permit is included and gives you access to off-street parking spaces right by the house.
