I'm hoping to sell this place next year, so this will be a shorter lease, ~ 5 months. One of the upstairs tenants suffers lasting effects from head trauma: she is very sensitive to smells, sounds, and even visual stimulation. Can't handle any scented products, even though it's a separate unit. So if you're quiet, don't like scented stuff, and are cool with a shorter lease, this may be the place for you.
