Built a nice customized shed in the backyard as well as took out all the old dead/dieing Elm trees along the borders, built a beautiful large deck along the north side of the house looking out into the back yard. The new roofing was added October 2010 using 50 year Molarky Legacy series shingles. The basement has a music room and storeage room and workbench/shop area, with its own entrance to outside as well as an indoor stairway to upstairs. Planning to build a small bathroom for the basement as well. Removed all front yard trees October 2017.
