Our home is across the street from a city park and within walking distance of several major grocery stores. We have replaced the roof, added double pane windows that we designed, and remodeled the kitchen and bathroom. We have two beautiful decks in our yard that have provided many happy hours of relaxation and enjoyment. We live in an area where the micro-climate provides cooler weather than the surrounding areas. We get a wonderful cool breeze in the evenings even on the warmest days. We have wonderful long term neighbors who enjoy our peaceful neighborhood as much as we do.
