It's conveniently located just a few blocks from the NoMa metro (red line), a five-minute walk to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods and less than a ten-minute walk to Giant and Harris Teeter. Two blocks south of Union Market and just 3 blocks north of everything H Street has to offer. Continue your walk past H and you hit Capitol Hill and can make your way into the heart of DC. Street parking is also available for residents. ABOUT THE ROOMMATES: We are an international house: an American guy, who loves nature and music, a Ukrainian gal who loves movies and a Mongolian lass who makes art and great jokes. We're working professionals in our early thirties. Together we like strumming a lil' guitar, tending the front greenery, making cocktails and family dinners, watching movies, playing board games or just catching each other in the kitchen for coffee. We enjoy each other's company and often host friends for small gatherings, but we also have our own lives and respect space and boundaries. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for kind, conscientious, and tidy roommates who've maybe put their hardest partying years behind them folks who care about the space and company they keep. We have a simple cleaning schedule (big thing is once a month each person cleans the kitchen and downstairs area). We've also had house meetings over dinner every month or so. Ideally, we're looking for people we'd be friends with beyond just sharing a house. We're likely to give preference to similarly aged, fellow professionals. Renter is responsible for Water, Gas, Electric, Other Cable, Internet, Solar. Solar is only $14 a month and typically covers the electric bill. Owner pays for Security System.
