Convenient living space with nearby adventures and amenities: Black Smith Fork Canyon, Hyrum State Park beach, and Utah State University (USU). Hyrum dog park, grocery store, and gas station in town, so you don't NEED to go into logan. About renting: No smoking allowed on or around the premise. We have 2 large dogs. That is the max we are allowed in Hyrum. Parking in designated areas. Rent is $600 per room, and $100 per person for utilites. Fees and Rent: Security deposit will be one months rent. Initial month-to-month lease with auto-renewal until written termination/cancelation (in accordance with lease). Late fees and others will apply i if applicable. Other: Furnishing available for one room upon request, first come first serve (in accordance with lease).
