I LOVE my home and have been making it mine over the past 8 + years, never knowing that I would leave. I live on the end of a cul-de-sac with a home that stands alone (no one can literally touch my home from theirs because of the lot size. I have planted 2 lilac bushes, many palm trees and potacarpus trees/bushes. My street is very quiet and I feel very safe here. I will only set up an appt to show my home if you have proof of loan and/or cash to purchase. I have put in new flooring (wide plank white oak laminate), new lighting fixtures both outside and inside, 2 new outside faucet heads, new garage door (and new springs), new water heater, newer gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator. I just had most of the inside of the house painted. I also had ALL the glass windows replaced. I have one new slider door screen.
