Our home sits on one of the larger plots of land in the Diamond Summit subdivision. There are no homes behind us. Since we sit up on a ridge, you can view the entire Salt Lake Valley from the back of the house. It is a great place to watch ALL of the fireworks in SLC on 4th of July! The home is a wonderful home for families, couples, or singles. The house is great for entertaining and family get-togethers, inside and out. There are new appliances in the kitchen and the bathrooms have been completely updated. The back yard is very spacious and beautiful with many dwarf shade trees. There is a 16x25 foot patio, with desert landscaping (colored gravel) on the upper terrace and beautiful grassy area on the lower terrace. There is also a tilled garden area that can be used for gardening or turned into a playground. Additionally, there is a 12x19 foot reinforced concrete RV pad (can also be used for basketball court), this area can be accessed through a back gate. There is a concrete pad with a temporary 12x15 foot ShelterLogic enclosed structure for storage, plus a small wood shed. The roof was replaced in 2011 with 30-year asphalt shingles. In 2012, all of the windows were replaced with Low-E/Argon Gas windows as well as a new front door with leaded glass insert was installed the same year. The kitchen appliances were replaced in May, 2017.
