What is included with the rent? Unlimited water, two parking spots (not covered parking). You will do the Lease Agreement directly with the Owners, so no big Management Companies are involved. We do accept Pets, but an extra security deposit may be asked for depending on the breed and the size of the pet. The security deposit is $1500, due with the first month's rent.
