We enjoy the usual stuff, cooking/BBQing, hiking, surfing, beach, traveling, craft beer and enjoying the house we have and the island we live on. Bathroom is shared with 1 Roommate. Washer/dryer on site. Each room has a ceiling fan and Ac operated by remote control. looking for 1 Roommate/person only for one room available asap (flexible w/ move in date). Great breeze, yard and courtyard. The rest of the house is furnished (including the courtyard and front yard) but willing to upgrade. Kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge and granite countertops. The yard is really big, fenced in for privacy and a great view of the Ko'olau mountains. We have a nice outdoor shower and plenty of storage for surfboards, kayaks, bikes etc. We have a new grill in the courtyard that we all use. The house is on a private lane with plenty of street parking. Also 1 free parking spot in the car port. We keep the house clean and sand free (the best we can lol). We are within a few minute walk/bike to Kalamas Beach, grocery stores (Whole Foods, Foodland and Safeway). And all the restaurants, shops, bars and easy Freeway access to the Pali and H3. Rent is $1300 per month+ utilities (water, wifi, electricity about $200 or less monthly). Deposit due at signing and 1st month when you move in.
