Please get in touch with me or my sons if you need help with the house. Shadow is a Northern short-haired black cat who is very friendly. He likes to slip into your room to chill with you. Best, Robin No smoking, no illegal activities, no underage drinking, no drugs, no visitors past 10 pm, or loud noises past 9 pm. This is a family environment with a single-parent household, so not pristine, but renters are required to clean up after themselves. I expect the guests to clean up after themselves, especially in the bathroom and common areas. If you find a mess in the shared bathroom, please take a picture and forward it to me. Continued abuse can be grounds for you breaking the lease agreement. Since I do not require a security deposit, you must agree to replace anything you break. However, let me know first in case, I don't care for it to be replaced. Lease: The Lease can be for six, nine, or 12 months. The agreement for you to sign is rather lengthy, so I can send it to you beforehand if you are interested. I do not accept security deposits but will request the first and last months' rent. However, in the last month, if you break something, you replace it or provide the funds to replace it.
