Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Camden and Rockland. This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs with a half bath on the main floor that has a washer and dryer. There is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a full bath with a large closet. A smaller bedroom with a trundle bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. There is a loft on the opposite side of the home from the other bedrooms and bathrooms that includes a daybed and a queen-sized bed. We usually shut that side off in winter, but it does have a floor radiator and is open to use if desired. Available November 2026 to June 2027 as a Winter rental. The first month's rent and security deposit are due upon signing. Wifi Included The tenant is responsible electricity, oil, trash and snow removal. Dogs permitted (2 max) 200$ pet fee, no cats allowed. No smoking is allowed. This is a fully furnished rental, we ask that no furniture is brought into the home and heavy furniture is not moved during your stay.
