The house is very quaint. Has a great little porch on the front of the house to enjoy relaxing in the swing and the view of the country. It's very quite and has a great view of the ponds behind the house for enjoying a fun evening cookout. The house has newly painted walls and new tile flooring throughout the house. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. When walking in the front door it is all open den & kitchen. It does have washer & dryer and storage in the outside building right beside the house. It works well for a couple or small family size. In driving distance to Shallotte, it would take about 15 to 20 minutes. To drive to Whiteville would be like 20 to 30 minutes. There is a convenience store right across the street. There is the Waccamaw River for fishing and boating, right around the corner. I live only 5 to 8 minutes away from this house. I would like a year lease. There is no smoking in the house. There is plenty of parking free. No pets allowed in the house. Utilities are not in rent, you are required to pay your own utilities. There is well & septic. There is also gas heat pump, so the renter is required to buy the gas it is not included.
