The road is plowed in winter but sometimes late @ night. Snow removal on paths & walkways is tenants responsibility. Firepit on a large wooded area for use. This is a great place for most of the year, but like the wild west in the dead of winter. A cat or small dog is OK, but multiple pets or mean dogs are out.
