The building includes a washer/dryer in the basement (shared with other tenants in the building), and the apartment has a dishwasher. The building does not allow pets and the landlord is very responsive, helpful, and wants to make your experience in his building a pleasurable one. There is a one time fee of $1070 to move in (not a security deposit but just a subletting fee - so it will not be refunded). You must be able to commit to 10 months November 1 - August 2019. Will have to sign onto a subletters lease. Subleaser pays for all utilties except for water.
