About the room: * $1155 a month * Utilities (~$70) - landlord pays trash + water * Lots of natural light, large window out to quiet street * Unfurnished * $1155 security deposit About our house: * Rent controlled * In-unit washer and dryer * Fully furnished common spaces, high ceilings, with lots of plants (that could use a green thumb) * Cozy living room with lots of natural light * We keep it super clean + tidy, and ask that you do too! * 2nd floor unit in 2-unit building, quiet & friendly neighbors * Easy to find street parking around * Roof access About us: * Shanna (29) - works 9-5 in the Mission, loves pasta + climbing, usually out and about on weekends (I love a day trip up to Marin for hikes), recently got into dirty martinis and love a good cocktail bar * Ellie (27) - works in sausalito in home furnishing design, usually out and about with friends or at run club, likes to bake/cook when she can, will have football on sundays if home, just a chill guy we all pitch in to maintain the space whether it's keeping common areas clean or just being mindful of shared responsibilities - we are looking for someone who does the same!
