Electricity will be in residents name, water, trash, sewer, and gas are all billed back through RUBS. I estimate all utilities (including the administrative fee) will come to around $100/mo (depending on usage). No smoking allowed inside the apartment or in the common halls. There is sufficient parking for all residents, but spots are not assigned (with the exception of the spot in front of the laundry room so I can quickly access appliances). We are open to short term leases at the moment. We would consider providing the apartment as a furnished apartment, ask for details.
