Great house with solid bones. I've lived here for over 12 years and absolutely love this house. I'm leaving Portland so I have to sell. The back yard is large and fenced in. I installed brand new oak floors when I moved in. I also installed a new sewer line and water line. It's in a great location, 2 blocks from an awesome park. Across the street from a brewery, yoga studio, dance center, and a lot more!
