My family loves dining out there or just relaxing with the ceiling fans and a soothing outdoor breeze. Take a short stroll to the Dolphin Coves boardwalk along the tranquil canal where you can watch the dolphins frolic and chase fish or bring your fishing pole and catch your bounty. Why not jump in your boat at my deeded slip #31 and take a leisurely boat ride to view all of the area's beautiful wildlife or dock and dine at a waterfront restaurant. I could not be in a more perfectly located community than Dolphin Cove, just off the North Causeway between Canal St. mainland and Flagler Ave. beachside where you can bike ride, walk, or take a ride in minutes to all of the area's unique restaurants, local boutique's, street fairs, art festivals, farmer's markets and night life. Then continue at the end of Flagler Avenue on to beautiful New Smyrna Beach where you can park your car or bike on the beach to dip your toes in the sand and surf. I am 30 minutes from Daytona Beach and all of the racing and bike week action. I am an hour from St. Augustine to the north and Cape Canaveral south where they launch rocket's and we watch them from my back door.
