There are 2 main floors - we have recently updated the kitchen in 2005 - new all wood cabinets. The rest of the house has hardwood floors. The basement is partially finished with a laundry room. The house has just been connected to the town sewer. We share the lawn upkeep duties with the neighbors. There is no condo fee, as expenses that arise are split with the neighbors. Neighborhood Description This is a great neighborhood. Summer St connects to both 135 and 20. There is Assabet Park within walking distance of the house. This has a playground, basketball court, and summer splashpad available free to Northborough residents. Main Street is also within walking distance. The town recreation department runs all sorts of classes for all age groups. Juniper Hills golf course is a mile or so down the road. You can walk easily to the Library and downtown.
