Wonderfully built home with wrap around porch. I would call this a deluxe model double wide mobile home built by design in 2013 with 2x6 outer walls, fully sheet rocked and brand new USA Windows which makes this home very energy efficient. Porch is build with 2x8 floor joists and 2x6 treated decking. Very Sturdy. Defects include some linoleum damage in the living room from moving furniture and the A/C unit is not big enough to cool the entire house and also has a coolant leak (We currently use energy efficient window units which keeps us plenty cool in the hottest of summers, which will be included in the purchase price).
