This is a good-sized one bedroom apartment, which is freshly painted. Nicely finished hardwood floors in the three main rooms. Non-smoking and pet free building The kitchen, which has a separate pantry, is large enough to use as a combined common room, leaving a bedroom, and a third room to use as an office if you wish. It is close to entrances and exits for Route 95. The pantry has a new counter and, sink, and faucet, and that faucet has a pull down sprayer, which eases the chore of washing dishes. There is a new bathroom floor. There is a cast iron claw foot bathtub of a type not seen much anymore. The heat. The heat is one of the best parts. There is a gas space heater, which provides the most cost-effective heat available. I've has this type of heat, myself, before, and truly miss it. Whoever takes this apartment will feel the same way. The reason that this is so is because all of the heat is produced in the apartment itself. No heat whatsoever is lost to the basement or to pipes running throughout the building. The night I went to view the apartment for the first time, it was the kind of cold outside where I really had to push myself get out my door. When I arrived, the apartment was warm and toasty, and the heater was set on low.
