Located right off of Gulf Blvd, it's just a block from the beach, Corey Ave (downtown) cafes, diners, restaurants and some of the most popular beach bars in the area. Located near Sunset Way, you're just one block to Corey Ave, the tiny downtown area with great restaurants and local shopping. 1 mile down the road is 'Little Italy', an area with some amazing Italian Restaurants including my favorite; Tutturosso Right across the street is Rick's Reef. A local bar/restaurants with a great outdoor patio, great food, great people and live music on the weekends. Going a few blocks in the other direction are some of the most popular beach bars in the area, all right next to each other - PostCard Inn, Jimmy B's, Toasted Monkey.
