There is ample parking for your vehicle and the State Street Commuter Lot is literally one block away for very convenient access to the bus. Rent includes water and gas (which is nice for the gas fireplace I frequently used in the winter). Laundry facilities are right down the hall. Looking to sell my contract to a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment at Hidden Valley Club. I finish my graduate program at the end of June so I am looking for someone as soon as July 1st to take over the lease, which goes until Aug. 20th. You will have the option to renew the lease at my current rate of $864 which is $55 off of the standard monthly rate of $919 for a third-floor apartment. You will also be entitled to my security deposit of $499.
