Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, complete with an ice maker, coffee machine, electric tea kettle, and French Press, plus a cozy dining area with a loveseat for relaxing or enjoying a quiet meal. Secure private parking is included. You're just a short walk to downtown shopping, dining, live music, Whole Foods, galleries, and boutique shops. Gillespie Park sits directly across the street, offering tennis, pickleball, basketball, dog friendly walking paths, and shaded running trails and a dog park. Sarasota's top attractions Lido Beach, St. Armands Circle, Mote Marine, museums, theaters, and coastal activities are only minutes away. The Studio includes fast WiFi and a Smart TV for easy entertainment or remote work. The spacious bathroom features a walk in shower, full amenities, and plenty of room to get ready for a beach day, a night out downtown, or a morning exploring Sarasota's cultural and coastal highlights. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and guest beach towels are provided for your convenience. We are a NON-SMOKING property indoors. Any violation of this we shall ask the renter to be removed from our property immediately. Outdoor use is acceptable and renter must be responsible for removal of smoke waste. Renter is responsible for removal of all trash on check out in the provided bins as well as recycle. Long-term renters are responsible for long term goods and personal supplies. We provide a short term supply. Renters are responsible and will care for property and maintain the same conditions as found. We have the right to fine any renter for negligent repairs from misuse. A signed agreement will be needed for long term renters. Cancellation policy is strict. We offer discounts on long term renters and some seasonal rate.
