I need to sell my private room at University Towers as I am getting married in the beginning of March. I'm selling it so soon before I get married so that any of you ladies who are starting school this spring semester and didn't already have a place can have one for the full semester rather than just a couple months. I'm ready to move out as soon as you can move in so you don't need to worry about waiting until a move in date. The rent I pay is $505 per month, but that includes the utilities and a parking pass. If you don't have a car you won't have to pay for the parking pass. The bathroom is shared, but it is only shared with one other girl and she's away from the apartment a lot so there's never a fight for the bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and two refrigerators. The lease is listed as being one year long, but it's only until August 12, 2017. I would like to offer that I will pay half the rent for the first month you move in so you will only have to pay $252 for the first month.
