Looking to sublet my 1bd/1br apartment in Park Mesa. Would prefer an October move in, but can do anytime in August or September. Lease ends July 2022. Rent is $1200+$105(utilities)+electric. The location is great, right across from the Table Mesa shopping center (Whole Foods, Auguste Escoffier School, Under the Sun, Southern Sun, South Walnut Cafe, and a bunch of other places). Near multiple bus lines and bike paths to get anywhere around town. Martin park is across the street. Close to trails and Eldo Park. Laundry room is right next door and parking is free. Unit has an outdoor patio that allows for gas grills. Dogs and cats are allowed with an extra fee. Finding units in town this cheap that allows dogs are hard to come by! The space is laid out well and would work great for students/grad students/young professionals. It could work for a couple also. Since there's a few units available from the complex and I'd rather have you take over my lease instead, I'm willing to leave the space partially furnished (or unfurnished if preferred).
