Details: There are 2 closed bedrooms with queen beds, with protected Nectar mattresses, and the third bedroom doubles as a family room/separate entrance with a queen-sized sofa bed. The home boasts great finishes, modern design, and luxurious and cozy furnishings. The home is fully furnished down to the last detail, meaning appliances, extra bedding, towels, games, decor, a FULLY-stocked kitchen, etc. The rental is complete with FREE Xfinity WiFi, three TVs with streaming capabilities, 2 Echo Dots with Amazon Alexa, and truly AMAZING outdoor space. The massive back yard is complete with lighting, surround sound music with Bluetooth capabilities, dining space including tables and chairs, grill space (and a high-end grill), lush landscaping (maintained regularly), and a truly stunning pergola with fans and seating. The entire backyard has a solar lighting, as well as additional lighting options for all your needs. The home is complete with locking gates, a smart lock, high-impact windows, and top of the line ADT security. You will be given a custom access code to use for entry and the alarm. There are also Ring cameras at the entrances for your safety. Fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide/smoke detectors are also provided. Accessibility: We have a portable wheelchair ramp on-site, and we have added a shower sprayer and bidet for a previous tenant in a wheelchair. The bathroom door is slightly too narrow, but transfer chairs were successful. All other doorways and inclines were sufficient. We are open to any lease term between 6-12 months. Extensions may be possible, but are not promised, as the family would like to use the home in between longer-term tenants. Dogs are allowed, but must be approved by owners, and cats are negotiable. Each pet will require a one-time, non-refundable $150 pet fee at move-in. There is NO SECURITY DEPOSIT! We will require a one-time, non-refundable $500 move-in fee in lieu of a security deposit. All furnishings, utilities, WiFi, landscaping, and security systems are included in monthly rent. Owners prefer to rent FURNISHED, but may be open to renting unfurnished for a higher monthly rate. Renter must show proof of income and pass a background/credit check. Owners are renting privately and do not wish to work with, nor compensate a cooperating broker.
