I am renting the lower level of my 3 story townhome overlooking the Marine and the Saint Croix River. The property has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. I am walking distance to downtown Stillwater and sit on the brand new 5-mile loop that goes over the new bridge into Wisconsin, over the old bridge, and into Stillwater. The view from the unit is amazing. First, there is the marina outside the door, the river, and when the sunsets it turns the brand new bridge a beautiful orange. The rental includes a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. It also has a wood-burning stove. This listing is for women only because I can not lock off the lower level from my living space. I feel it would be awkward to have a man renting. All utilities are included except cable which most people don't use anymore. This rental does not include the garage but very close ample parking right outside the door. The garage may be negotiated for the winter.
