No illegal activities 3. No pets 4. No smoking allowed within the leased premises 5. No guests for more than 3 consecutive days and nights 6. The same guest may not stay in the leased premises for more than 6 days and nights within the 30 days 7. No behavior that unreasonably interferes with another tenant's use and enjoyment of the unit's common areas or disrupts the peaceful possession of other Tenants' use of the Leased Premises in the Condominium (i.e., parties, loud music, violence, bullying, etc.) 8. Dishes are expected to be washed every day. An exterminator fee or warning will be imposed if the dishes are not washed for 2 consecutive days. 9.
