The private master bedroom suite is 276 square feet (23 feet by 12 feet) including its walk-in closet and bathroom area. The first seven photos shown in the ad would be your private suite. The remaining photos are of the shared house. Rent is $935 per month, with a 9-month minimum lease, plus water, house cleaning and gas, which are divided among us equally per month. These utilities average out to $100 per person per month. Electricity, trash and wireless high-speed internet are included with your rent; in other words, there is no additional cost. A $935 security deposit and a $40 refundable background check are required. The room is available starting on July 1. Cats may be accepted, but you must clean up after your pet, and there will be an additional pet rent of $25 per month and a refundable pet security deposit of $275 is required for cats. The room can come furnished for an additional $35 per month. Garage parking: one garage space is available for an additional $55 per month.
