I am looking for a female roommate from Jan. to Sept. 2015. I am currently living in a studio at 641 Gayley which is very close to UCLA, Ralphs, and other restaurants in Westwood. The studio is quiet and spacious enough to be shared by two girls. The studio has a full kitchen, hardwood floor, bathroom, and large walk-in closets. The apartment also has a laundry room and a trash chute on its level. The apartment is unfurnished, so you must bring your own bed, table, and some furniture. The rent is $800/month plus utilities. There is a dedicated parking spot. If you don't have a car, then we can lease the parking spot to save about $50/month. I'm a junior UCLA student who is quiet, studious, and respectful, non-smoking and drinking, and would like to share the studio with a female student who is also respectful and considerate.
