Qualifications 1. Bring home pay of 3-4x the rent. Minimum 2 years of stable employment. OR - Tenant must meet the Section 8 income standards. 2. No previous landlord/tenant complaints filed against you or evictions. 3. Up to 2 cats allowed with an addition al deposit. Dogs on a case by case basis. No more than 2 will be considered. None over 25 lbs, absolutely no aggressive breeds due to insurance reasons. It is a 2nd floor apartment with small yard that isn't fenced in so may not be suitable for dogs. 4. No violent, sexual or drug related felonies. No more than 2 misdemeanors in the last 10 years. 5. No utility or monthly bills placed in collections.
