It is a one bedroom with a loft that has a low ceiling.The unit is all electric and the electricity is paid by the tenant. Management pays for trash and water. Parking is located next to the unit on gravel. There is laundry on-site.There is a mini split for heat and A/C The lease will be for one year and month to month after that. First months rent and security deposit are due at signing. We do not require renters insurance but highly suggest it. Due to the size of the unit, small animals are better.
