APPLICATION AND LEASE PROCESS A brief phone interview will take place prior to showing the unit to confirm a potential application would likely meet our rental criteria. The free rental application is available online, which you will be able to fill out from your smart device or computer; paper ones may be provided on request. If you decide you want the unit, a holding deposit of $100 is required. Your credit and background check will be processed, which will be deducted from your deposit ($25 per adult). Once your application is approved, the remainder of your deposit will be applied to your move in costs. We will schedule a time to meet and sign the lease within 3 business days of your application being approved. At lease signing you will be required to pay at minimum first month's rent. On the day you receive the keys, the security deposit and any other move in amounts will be due. All move in amounts are due and payable prior to receiving keys and no partial payments or payment plans are allowed.
