New flooring, carpet, kitchen cabinets, roll-out drawers, quartz counters, large sink, touch faucet. Gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer. New electric heater and air conditioning. Move in requires first month rent of $1,480 plus security/cleaning deposit of $1,480. No smokers or pets, please. PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB TENANTS.
