Garage floor broken inside entrance to fall trough and make garage inoperable due to earlier mining fractures and empty area through out garage floor. Water drains to basement and to flooded sub pump area. Vehicle could fall through to about 8 feet in time. US government core of engineers said they were unable to reconstruct any damage or repair due to being to close in other homes.
