Seasonal yard maintenance, and Pest Control, is included in monthly rental payment. Only one pet is authorized to be kept inside the premises. Any damages attributed to the pet will be addressed at the expense of the tenant. Any plumbing stoppage, or damages, attributed to negligence by the tenant will be addressed (at cost) by the tenant.
