Responsible, respectful people live here. We work and ski. $1100 per month includes all bills and internet. Tobacco outside, 420 Ok. Nothing illegal ever! We don't bring people home that we don't know well and for a long time. Sometimes we have a cookout or share a meal together. Quiet hours 10PM to 7AM. No parties here. If we want to party we go somewhere else. Year lease. All bills paid includes water/ sewer, electric, trash service and internet.
