This is a furnished, midterm and longterm rental. Lease options are available from 30 days to 12 months. Rent and Security deposit will be adjusted according to length of lease. The 4th bedroom is left unfurnished as a flex space, perfect for an additional office or kid's playroom, a bedroom or whatever you choose to make it. The two bathrooms come complete with tubs and showers, providing convenience and comfort for your stay. The large kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, and an extra freezer is available for your convenience. There's also a spacious backyard, perfect for enjoying the Atlanta weather while watching the stars by the fire. Work from home? We've got you covered. Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout the house and take advantage of the laundry room to keep things fresh during your stay. Most utilities included (gas, electric, water,and trash) up to $700. Overages will be billed to tenant. All TVs and furniture included minus bedding, towels, pots, baking pans and other staging decor. This is for a 6-12 month lease. For a Midterm lease (30days - 6 months) the rent is $4000 per month and all inclusive (all utilities, furniture, electronics, laundry, starter set bedding, towels, toiletries, and security system) Rent can be negotiable based on individual needs. Security deposits are adjusted according to the length of stay. Pets are allowed with owners permission. We do require a pet deposit and fee.
