I typically enter through the garage unless I have guests over, and I will always communicate in advance when that happens. The room is carpeted, and the bathroom is tiled. Included with the room is a queen mattress and desk (currently no bed frame available). Small dogs are welcome with an additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Shared amenities include Washer & dryer, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, kitchen appliances such as an air fryer, coffee maker, pressure cooker, and more.
