This unit is $1300 a month. Plus a deposit of $1300 , eviction security $1300 and 100 per person application fee .please do not apply if you have ever been evicted. The move-in cost is $3900 plus the adult application fee. Please understand you get the two deposits back at the end of the term. As long as the place looks the way it does when you move in and there are no evictions. The term of the lease is for two years not one month as per ad. It didn't give me the option to do a two year.
