The apartment is on the second floor. Dishwasher, and laundry facilities are in the unit. My girlfriend and I have been living here for a year and a half. It is a great peaceful community and the location couldn't be better. Located right next to Universal Orlando, you have shopping, entertainment and dining less than 10 minutes away from you in all directions. We are moving out of town at the beginning of September and we are looking for someone to take over our lease. No initial deposit needed. Water and electricity are already set up. The lease transfer is really easy and it could be done through the apartment complex administration in one day.
