Its street in northwest Webster Groves is quiet and friendly, and the schools are excellent. It has a very nice yard, and the full walkout basement gives convenient access to good driveway parking. The owners raised a family here from 1965. Before they moved to a larger home in 1996, they added a downstairs bedroom, which each of their teens eagerly took over in his turn.
