Newly renovated BASEMENT LEVEL apartment. Have to put emphasize and capitalize the words BASEMENT LEVEL because I have already had many people surprised that this is a basement level unit. If you don't want a basement level apartment for some reason, then maybe don't message me to see the apartment...? Everyone, always loves the apartment when they see it in person. But we need to see application, need to see pay stubs and or bank statements so we can be sure that the potential tenant can comfortably pay the rent every month. ABOUT THE APARTMENT & FEATURES: Brand new wireless remote controlled and programmable central Heating and AC installed in the kitchen and bedrooms that keeps the whole unit comfortable year round! Modern kitchen brand new construction with granite countertops, brand new oven, brand new sink, brand new microwave, brand new refrigerator. Modern styled bathroom, brand new construction with tiled walls, lighted mirror, brand new toilet, new vanity, and custom shower. Stacker washer and dryer in the unit. There is also a laundromat across the street for washing large items. Separate electric meters in tenants name. Water bill usually around $140-$150/month, split 3 ways (included in rent) Gas bill usually around $60 to $100/month, split 3 ways (included in rent) If you want to negotiate a cheaper rent price that is fine but you will have to pay extra for gas and water separately. Our little complex consists of 6 units. The private fenced-in back yard is shared with 5 other tenants who are friendly and rarely use the back yard. We ask our tenants to please be respectful of your neighbors and keep all public shared areas clean. Plenty of street parking. Bus stop right on the corner. Setting up showings: Will do an open house once a week for the people who are not submitting a rental application. If the day we choose for open house doesn't work for you, submit a rental application, if you are qualified, you can set the day and time that works for you. We spent a lot of time and money making this apartment nice. We typically have more than 50 people who want to schedule a tour and it will be impossible for one of us to go there 50 times to show 50 random people who might not even be qualified to rent the apartment. That's why we need to see rental applications to make sure we are not wasting each others time. Thank you for understanding. Alex lives in Philadelphia - 30 minutes from the property. Alex works in New Jersey - 30 minutes from the property. If you randomly show up at the apartment without advance notice, you will be waiting for Alex to arrive there - if he is even available. To avoid having to wait - please confirm with Alex before showing up at the apartment. Even if you have an appointment to meet on a certain date, at a certain time, please call Alex at least 30 minutes from the appointment time to confirm you are still going to the appointment because there have been many people making appointments and not showing up!! Renter is responsible for electric which will be in renters name. Water, gas and trash = split 3 ways between three units. (included in rent) SMALL pets are ok. Need contact information for current and previous landlords for reference. Renters insurance is not required, but it is advised. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT
