It has been recently painted, with lots of new updates; including new appliances, new windows, new window blinds, new microwave, new Kohler faucets, new mirrored closets doors, Air conditioning, New counters in the kitchen and newly painted deck. Bella Vista is a very nice area to live in, as it's a condo lifestyle without all the cost. It's a very quiet home with lots of birds. The lake is private. We also have tennis courts and pickleball courts across the street. Our home is located in a neighborhood, mixed in with single family homes. We feed into the excellent Rockford School District, all rated at 9s and 10s. Rockford is a nice little town and there is something for everyone, including good fishing at many lakes in the area. The only thing we ask the tenants to pay for other than their rent, is their electric and cable TV. We pay the heat, water, trash, snow plowing and lawn care bills. This is a NO SMOKING APARTMENT! The only expense tenant pays is cable TV , Electric.
