    Custom built, spacious, solid brick house on 1.33 acres that will pass FHA inspection/financing. 4 bed, 4 bath 2368 SF house with the flexibility to use the finished garage area as a mother-in-law suite or return it to a 2 car garage. Well built brick house on a dry crawl space. Large sliding rear patio door off the dining area (w/new LED ceiling fan). Anderson windows throughout. Large front patio. New carpet in all the bedrooms and LVP in the kitchen, hallway and front room. Very nicely landscaped with mature pine, flowering blossom trees. Mature fruit trees are present and plenty of space for gardening or if you’d like to add a garage or outbuilding. The two car garage was converted for Seller’s elderly family member to live as independently as they’d like to. All work was permitted and up-to-code. This living room space could easily be remove (and returned to a two car garage), if the buyer was so inclined. There is a baseboard heater for this area. There was previously a range (the electrical circuited was disconnected since it wasn’t in use) and separate refrigerator. The backyard is partially fenced in. The roof has been re-shingled in 2002. 200 amp Siemens service panel. The electric has all been updated via a 15 Arc Fault / GFCI circuit in the bathrooms and with additional GFCI circuits in the kitchen. It was recently inspected for insurance purposes (by Bud’s Electric) to assure that the ceiling heat was completely functional. Note: there is room in the attic or basement to install a propane HVAC system, if desired. A whole house water softener and filter has been installed.
