I am looking to fill one to two rooms in my house in the beautiful Seville Neighborhood located in South Gilbert on the corner of Higley and Chandler Heights. I am looking for working professionals, preferably males over the age of 25 that do not work from home. The room is spacious, with plenty of closet space, there is a living room as well as an upstairs loft. I have the common areas fully furnished however you will need to provide your own bedroom furniture. The house has a swimming pool in the backyard which I will maintain, as well as standard appliances (washer and dryer, kitchen refrigerator, Stove, microwave and dishwasher). A little background on myself, I am a project engineer working for Honeywell. I enjoy going out to restaurants occasionally as well as listening to music and watching TV (not loudly). I am very laid back and easy to get along with, as well as very clean. I have one hypoallergenic pet, however would prefer not to add another to the house as the yard is fairly small.
