Very wide street with the High School at one end of block and church, market and parks at other end. Neighborhood is comprised of families with school-age children and some retirees. Only a couple of rental houses left on our street in up and coming neighborhood in a wonderful small, quiet town. Kids walk to school and there is virtually no crime in Boulder City. Only 1/2 hour from Las Vegas and just a few minutes from Lake Mead National Recreation Area and Hoover Dam.
